2016

Tport Inc. founded — the channel-connectivity business begins

Founded Tport Inc. in September 2016 and raised a seed round, launching the business of connecting properties to OTAs.

2017

Pension Plus launches — ₩10B in transactions in year one

Launched Pension Plus, a channel and booking management service for pensions and small properties (mobile app included), hitting ₩10 billion in annual transactions in its first year.

2018

Hotel Plus launches — the first next-gen channel manager

Launched Hotel Plus and introduced Korea's first 'next-gen channel manager' — hotels add booking channels plugin-style. Opened major domestic OTA integrations, raised a Pre-A round, and passed ₩50 billion in cumulative transactions.

2019

Hotel & resort PMS + Thailand subsidiary

Officially launched a PMS for small and mid-size hotels and resorts and opened a Thailand subsidiary to go global. Added Yeogi-Eottae and Coupang integrations and raised Series A (₩5B).

2020

Renamed 'ONDA' — the rebrand

Renamed the company 'ONDA' and rebranded — the name means 'the guest comes' (onda) in Korean. Built an accommodation metadata database and opened MyRealTrip integration.

2021

Korea's first Google Hotel & Airbnb partner

Named Korea's first Google Hotel Partner and an Airbnb Superior Partner. Opened HotelsCombined integration and raised Pre-Series B (₩9.5B).

2022

Baby Unicorn + Ananti PMS + Series B

Passed ₩450 billion in cumulative transactions and rebranded ONDA Hub and Pension/Hotel Plus. Supplied PMS to luxury resort Ananti — a full replacement of Opera — was named a 'Baby Unicorn' by the SME Ministry, and raised Series B (₩12B).

2023

Strategic investment in Thailand's Hoteliers.GURU + Booking ON launch

Made a strategic investment in Thailand's Hoteliers.GURU and launched the Booking ON reservation engine. Opened Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy and was named a 'Baby Unicorn Plus.'

2024

Scaling global channels & partnerships

Integrated SiteMinder, earned Trip.com Preferred Partner and Booking.com CPP Advanced status, and widened our global footprint with a UAE Seed Group partnership and a Taiwan hotel-group (Dunqian) MOU.

2025

Next-gen CRS launches — supplied to Josun Hotel

Launched our in-house next-gen CRS and supplied it to Josun Hotel. Raised a Series B2 round and crossed ₩1 trillion in cumulative transactions in December.

2026

CMS API launch + ONDA Plus rebrand

Launched the CMS API and rebranded Pension Plus as 'ONDA Plus,' expanding beyond pensions to guesthouses, hostels, motels and other small and mid-size accommodations.
