Notice regarding the record date for shareholders to exercise dissenting rights on the minor merger with Bubba Gump Corporation.
ONDA Co., Ltd. hereby announces that, pursuant to Article 354 of the Commercial Act, we are establishing a record date to grant shareholders listed in the shareholder registry as of November 6, 2023, the right to express dissenting opinions regarding the minor merger between ONDA and Bubba Gump Corporation. During the specified period, changes to the shareholder registry—including stock transfers, registration and cancellation of pledges, and notation and cancellation of trust property—will be suspended.
