(Press Release = August 22, 2022 / Monday) Hospitality tech company ONDA has officially launched its first customized property management system (PMS) for premium hotels.

On August 22, ONDA announced that its custom PMS for Ananti at Gangnam—piloted in late May—has been running successfully since its official launch in June. Ananti made a strategic investment in ONDA last year and began this joint PMS project.

The Ananti at Gangnam PMS will roll out sequentially across Ananti properties, starting with Gangnam and expanding to Ananti Cove (Gapyeong), Namhae, and beyond. By year-end, ONDA plans to update the system into an all-in-one solution covering banquet halls, restaurants, resorts, and Ananti Golf Club.

The new PMS addresses longstanding pain points in legacy on-premise hotel systems: convoluted menu structures, slow updates, and difficult maintenance.

Ananti at Gangnam PMS runs as cloud-based SaaS. It delivers an intuitive UI and menu structure—a user experience any hotelier can navigate. Role-based access control lets staff focus on their own responsibilities without wading through irrelevant features.

On-site feedback highlights how well the system integrates Ananti's best-in-class membership program throughout the PMS workflow.

To ensure success, ONDA's development team was on-site at Ananti at Gangnam from June onward—conducting live testing, training staff, fixing bugs, and polishing the product until the final release.

"It's an incredible honor to provide our PMS to Ananti, a brand that defines luxury hospitality trends in Korea," said ONDA CEO Oh Hyun-seok. "We'll hold to our 'Customer First' founding principle and spare no investment in refining the PMS for Ananti's success."

An Ananti representative said, "ONDA has once again proven itself the leading expert in hospitality digital transformation. We look forward to broadening our collaboration to keep improving the guest experience."

ONDA is a hospitality tech startup rising as a global hotel tech leader—the first Korean company to rank on Skift's Global PMS Vendor list (34th place).

The company has built strong partnerships with global tech giants: Korea's first Airbnb Premier Partner, first Google Hotel Ads partner domestically. Recently, ONDA was selected for Korea's Baby Unicorn program and ranked 7th among Korean tech firms in the Financial Times' 2022 High-Growth Companies Asia-Pacific list. <end>
