ONDA Supplies PMS to Vietnam's LIVIE — Enters Global Hotel Market
- ONDA provides PMS and CMS solutions to Vietnamese proptech startup MNM Hospitality
- Successfully replaces legacy hotel PMS, solves critical pain points
- Plans to support digital transformation for hotels across Southeast Asia, Middle East, Europe, Japan, and beyond
(Press Release — March 21, 2023) Hospitality tech company ONDA is bringing its in-house hotel Property Management System (PMS) to the international market for the first time.
On March 21, ONDA announced it has signed a deal with Vietnam-based proptech startup MNM Hospitality to supply its PMS and Channel Manager (CMS) solutions. The two companies first signed an MOU last year to collaborate on building systems that meet global hospitality standards.
MNM Hospitality specializes in managing hotels, residences, and villas, and operates LIVIE — a lifestyle accommodation brand. LIVIE currently runs properties and manages hospitality assets across Vietnam, with a focus on Da Nang and Hanoi.
ONDA's hotel and resort PMS, Dive, has already replaced the legacy PMS at four LIVIE properties: LIVIE Ha Noi Ham Long, LIVIE Da Nang An Thuong, LIVIE Da Nang Style, and Alyssa Da Nang Hotel. It will also be deployed to new LIVIE properties going forward.
Dive is delivered as a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution, addressing the complexity, slow updates, and difficult maintenance that plague traditional on-premise PMS platforms commonly used in hotels.
In particular, Dive has earned high marks for its user-centric, intuitive UI and menu structure — significantly reducing the operational burden on hoteliers.
While staying true to core PMS functionality, Dive can be combined with Revenue Management System (RMS), membership-based sales management, golf reservation management, and more — depending on the hotel's needs. Another major advantage: integration with ONDA HUB, Korea's largest accommodation distribution network, gives properties exposure across 40+ domestic and international channels, boosting visibility and bookings.
Thanks to these strengths, Dive has recently been deployed across all locations of a premium membership-based hotel and resort chain in Korea, including Gapyeong, Namhae, Jeju, and Busan.
"Dive PMS is a cornerstone of ONDA's hotel digital transformation business," said CEO Oh Hyun-seok. "Beyond this deal, we're fielding inquiries from hotels in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and more — demand from the global market is strong."
ONDA is a hospitality tech and data company covering roughly 60–70% of Korea's online room transaction market. The company was Korea's first Airbnb Preferred Partner and Google Hotels' first Korean partner — building strong partnerships with global tech giants.
Last year, ONDA was selected for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' Baby Unicorn program. It has been named to the Financial Times' list of High-Growth Companies in Asia-Pacific two years in a row (2022–2023). It also became the first Korean company to appear on Skift's global PMS vendor rankings, placing 34th — cementing its position as a rising leader in the global hotel tech space.
