- Uncapped incentive pay tied to sales performance

(Press Release = 2024/02/02/Fri) Hospitality tech company ONDA is launching a major hiring push to expand its pension market presence.

ONDA (CEO Oh Hyun-seok) announced on the 2nd that it's opening large-scale recruitment for ▲Pension Plus Sales ▲Pension Plus Partner Manager ▲Sales Channel Strategy & Operations Manager ▲CS Center Manager roles.

The core focus: the pension business. If you're the right fit, ONDA won't cap headcount or set experience requirements.

For sales roles, ONDA introduced a bold new incentive structure: unlimited upside. Incentive pay is added on top of base salary with no ceiling, depending on contract structure.

To make the process less painful for candidates, ONDA streamlined hiring. The company merged what used to be two separate interviews (working-level and executive) into one, and promises to deliver results within a week of each stage.

Candidates with travel or hospitality experience get preference, but ONDA built a detailed onboarding program so even those without pension sales experience can get up to speed — covering both ONDA products and the pension industry in depth.

Through this public hiring push, ONDA aims to become Korea's #1 pension operator this year and plans aggressive expansion.

An ONDA representative said, "It's true that Korea's small-to-midsize lodging sector and the startup ecosystem have both cooled off compared to the boom years. But when others pull back, we push forward. Solving the real problems pension operators face — that's why ONDA exists."

ONDA is a hospitality tech and data company covering roughly 60–70% of Korea's online room distribution market. The company has built strong partnerships with global big tech players, including becoming Airbnb's first Preferred Software Partner in Korea and Google Hotels' first domestic partner.

ONDA also made it onto Skift's Global PMS Vendor List at #34 — the first Korean company to do so — positioning itself as a leader in the global hotel tech space. Last year, ONDA was selected for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' Baby Unicorn Plus program and made the Financial Times' High-Growth Companies Asia-Pacific list two years running (2022–2023). <End>
