ONDA brings enterprise-grade AI analytics to independent hotels and pensions — competitive intelligence, local events, and revenue optimization in a mobile app.

  • Real-time competitor monitoring + local event intelligence for revenue optimization
  • Mobile-first vertical AI built for hospitality operators**

ONDA, a hospitality AI company, has launched the beta version of Pension Plus ONDA AI — an AI-powered insights service designed for independent accommodation owners.

This service democratizes data-driven decision-making tools that were once exclusive to large hotel chains. As AI spreads across the travel industry, even small pensions and guesthouses can now tap into the power of big data.

Core features include real-time competitor monitoring and local event intelligence. For example, a pension owner in Boryeong can track nearby competitors' pricing strategies during the Boryeong Mud Festival and adjust accordingly. Operators in Jeongseon can plan special packages featuring traditional cultural experiences during the Jeongseon Arirang Festival. Pension owners in Hwacheon can develop fishing gear rental products timed to the Hwacheon Ice Fishing Festival.

This goes beyond information delivery — it's like hiring a consultant or revenue management team, all packaged into a mobile app. ONDA AI is accessible anytime, anywhere via Android and iOS, powered by data from roughly 40,000 accommodation listings across 70+ OTAs globally.

Currently, over 4,000 accommodation operators use ONDA's services directly, with approximately 30,000 properties leveraging the ONDA HUB booking distribution platform indirectly. Building on this scale, ONDA plans to expand its hospitality-focused AI offerings and establish itself as a mobile vertical AI player.

This launch signals a major shift in the competitive landscape. As sophisticated revenue management capabilities — once monopolized by hotel chains — open up to independent operators, the industry is set to become more level and dynamic.

"Our goal is to provide intuitive, effective tools that even non-tech-savvy small business owners can use with ease," said Oh Hyun-seok, CEO of ONDA. "Through data-driven pricing optimization and AI, we're equipping independent owners with the same operational firepower as major chains."

The Pension Plus ONDA AI beta is available first to existing ONDA customers, with additional insight features rolling out in the second half of the year.
