ONDA Enters Turkish Hotel Market with SaaS Partnerships

(Press Release—July 31, 2023) Hospitality tech company ONDA is teaming up with a leading Turkish hotel and resort operator to make its full-scale entry into Turkey's hotel software market.

ONDA (CEO Oh Hyun-seok) signed an MOU with CMH Solutions (CEO Mustafa Selifoğlu) to accelerate digital transformation in Turkey's hotel industry by providing its cloud-based hotel management platform through a broad strategic partnership.

ONDA will first supply its SaaS hotel operations platform to hotels CMH Solutions is launching this year, then expand to more properties in CMH's portfolio. The partnership builds on ONDA's proven track record in hotel digitalization.

Since last year, ONDA has supplied its proprietary PMS (Property Management System) to premium hotels and resorts including Ananti at Gangnam, validating its world-class hotel operations technology in the market.

The company also landed on Skift's 2022 global PMS vendor rankings at #34—the first Korean company to make the list—marking its arrival as a major player in global hotel tech.

At home, ONDA operates Korea's largest online B2B room distribution system, ONDA HUB, and has built strong partnerships with global tech giants including Airbnb (first Korean Preferred Software Partner) and Google Hotels (first Korean partnership).

CMH Solutions is a hospitality industry leader in Turkey, operating more than 25 large-scale hotels and resorts. The company will distribute ONDA's cloud-based hotel management solutions across the Turkish market.

The MOU also includes plans to bring ONDA's hotel brands—including SoTA (State of The Art)—to Turkey, sparking additional interest. CMH Solutions will handle development, construction, and operations for ONDA-branded hotels in Turkey, while ONDA provides the latest hotel operations SaaS.

Both companies plan to deploy innovative hotel solutions to major cities and tourist destinations in Turkey, supporting tourism growth in both Korea and Turkey.
