ONDA Management has begun operating a hotel in the Osiria Tourist Complex, one of Busan's premier tourism destinations.
ONDA Management (CEO Yoon Myung-ki) has partnered with BeHappy Co., Ltd. (CEO Seo Jong-deok) to take over operations at Swisschen Matier in Gijang County, Busan. The hotel officially opened under ONDA's management last month.
Swisschen Matier now operates under ONDA Management's hotel brand as Sota Collection The Osiria.
Located within the 3.66 million-square-meter Osiria Tourist Complex, the property features over 600 rooms and sits within minutes of Lotte World Adventure Busan, Lotte Premium Outlets Dong Busan, and IKEA Dong Busan. Its proximity to major tourist draws like Dalmaji Hill, Marine City, and Centum City made it a strong draw for investors from day one.
