(Press Release — April 11, 2023) ONDA Management (CEO Yoon Myung-ki) announced that it signed a PMS (property management system) and integrated solution partnership with Favio The Limited 185 in Suwon (hereafter "Favio 185") on March 15.
ONDA Management is a subsidiary of hospitality tech company ONDA, specializing in hotel and lodging real estate, brand development, and operations.
Favio 185 is a high-end residential lodging property scheduled for completion in September 2023, with Taeyoung E&C handling construction. Under this agreement, ONDA Management will provide Favio The Limited 185 with a turnkey platform tailored for residential lodging facilities.
ONDA Management offers comprehensive support—from navigating the complex, jurisdiction-specific permit process to providing a SaaS-based platform that makes running both tourist hotels and residential lodging dead simple. The system includes an intuitive PMS and real-time connectivity to over 40 domestic and international OTAs, including Yanolja, Naver, and Expedia.
Owners can also opt for check-in-card-free digital door locks, IoT-enabled RMS (room management system), and remotely monitored self-service kiosks—all customizable to each unit owner's needs.
ONDA Management explained that this integrated platform will help Favio 185 unit owners minimize staffing needs and maximize online sales for stable revenue.
Beyond tech, the company plans to share operational know-how from its team—all veterans of established hotels and residential lodging operations—to help owners handle the inevitable curveballs of running a property.
While this solution is optimized for residential lodging—focusing on operational simplicity and revenue maximization—it's designed to be modular and can be tailored for everything from traditional hotels to large motels.
