- Differentiated property management powered by hospitality digital transformation expertise

- Maximizing revenue through ONDA's property data and global distribution channels

(Press Release — June 10, 2024 / Monday) Ondawassong, the property management subsidiary of hospitality tech company ONDA, has begun operating Grand Bay Naksan in Yangyang, Gangwon-do.

Ondawassong (CEO Song Min-joon) announced today that it will officially begin managing the serviced residence 'Grand Bay Naksan' starting July 20.

Ondawassong is a property management specialist under ONDA, a hospitality tech company. Built on parent company ONDA's expertise in hospitality digital transformation (DX), Ondawassong delivers differentiated hotel operations and management services across pensions, tourist hotels, and serviced residences.

Grand Bay Naksan is a serviced residence in Yangyang, Gangwon-do. The 26-story property (6 basement floors, 20 above ground) features 436 rooms across 8 room types, plus amenities including an infinity pool, sky lounge, and guest community center. Located just a 1-minute walk from Naksan Beach, the property is well-positioned to capture strong demand from Yangyang visitors, with excellent access from Seoul and the greater capital region — a significant advantage for occupancy potential.

Ondawassong will introduce 'SoTA SUITE,' the premium brand under the SoTA Collection, at Grand Bay Naksan. SoTA Collection is Ondawassong's proprietary hotel brand offering integrated management from operations to online distribution and revenue optimization. The brand will operate approximately 2,000 rooms across properties including ▲ Prugio City Signature in Seomyeon, Busan ▲ Heaven The View in Songdo, Busan ▲ Trabant Prugio City in Godeok, Pyeongtaek.

Grand Bay Naksan will deploy ONDA's full digital property management stack: ONDA HUB (channel management), PMS (property management system), and unmanned check-in / IoT solutions. The property will leverage data from over 40,000 Korean accommodations and distribution across 50+ global OTA channels to maximize owner benefits and revenue performance.

"Ondawassong is bringing new energy to Korea's serviced residence market with years of accumulated property management know-how," said CEO Song Min-joon. "We'll do everything we can to make Grand Bay Naksan the defining property in Yangyang."

ONDA, Ondawassong's parent company, is a hospitality tech and data company covering approximately 60–70% of Korea's online room transaction market. The company was the first Korean partner for both Airbnb Preferred Software and Google Hotel Ads, establishing strong partnerships with global tech giants.

ONDA was also the first Korean company to appear on Skift's Global PMS Vendor ranking (34th), positioning itself as a leader in the global hotel tech market. The company was selected for Korea's SME Baby Unicorn Plus program last year and has been named to the Financial Times' High-Growth Companies Asia-Pacific list for three consecutive years (2022–2024). <End>
