(ONDA — May 13, 2021) B2B hospitality startup ONDA is participating in the '2021 Korea Hospitality Industry Fair (Hotel Show)' at COEX, Samsung-dong, Seoul from May 17-19, showcasing new hotel and serviced residence management trends for the new-normal era.
At the Hotel Show, ONDA will share hidden success strategies from "high-performing properties" and effective sales methods to help accommodation operators navigate COVID-19 challenges. The company will also unveil its newly launched Property Management System (PMS) version 2.0 for the first time.
PMS 2.0 is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution that handles room inventory distribution, online booking management, guest relations, and revenue management all in one platform—expected to directly boost operational efficiency and revenue for accommodation operators. This upgrade marks a strategic expansion: moving beyond small and mid-size properties to serve large-scale hotels, resorts, and serviced residences, positioning ONDA as the new standard in integrated accommodation management platforms.
ONDA will also provide on-site customized consulting for booth visitors. The team will demonstrate how to sell rooms online seamlessly—even for operators unfamiliar with digital tools—offering practical, hands-on guidance. All visitors will receive a gift.
On-site consultations cover all segments: hotels, motels, resorts, guesthouses, glamping, camping—and serviced residences, a hot topic in the market. ONDA is currently beta-testing its serviced residence sales and operations services and will soon launch them officially, with partnership discussions welcome.
"IT is now essential in the hospitality industry," said ONDA CEO Oh Hyun-seok. "We'll continue driving industry innovation through advanced technology and service refinement, maximizing profitability for our partners."
ONDA is Korea's first startup operating simultaneously across three verticals: Property Management Systems (PMS), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and General Sales Agents (GSA)—establishing itself as a hub enterprise covering both distribution and operations in the fast-growing accommodation ecosystem. ONDA's systems are currently used by over 30 partners including Yanolja, Yeogi Eottae, Naver, Coupang, 11st, Airbnb, Agoda, Hotels.com, and Expedia. (END)
