– Doubling down on hospitality digital transformation and direct-to-consumer infrastructure

– New People & Culture team launched to support talent; referral bonuses up to ₩10M

(Press release — November 19, 2021) ONDA announced today it's ramping up recruitment across all functions to accelerate digital transformation in Korea's hospitality industry.

ONDA, a travel tech B2B startup offering online booking solutions and hotel distribution APIs, is hiring for 16 roles spanning seven departments: ▲B2B Sales ▲Engineering ▲BizOps ▲Product ▲Marketing ▲Operations.

The application process is deliberately simple. Candidates can submit a portfolio or resume in any format via ONDA's "quick apply" system on the company website. The company ditched rigid templates to focus on what matters: whether someone's skills and mindset are a good fit.

The selection process includes document review, technical/functional interviews, a final interview with leadership, and role-specific assessments (English interviews for some roles, coding tests for engineers). Full job descriptions and requirements are on ONDA's careers page.

ONDA recently moved into a standalone office in Samseong-dong and is scaling fast. To keep culture strong during hypergrowth, the company created a new People & Culture team dedicated to employee experience and optimal working conditions. Employees who refer successful hires can earn up to ₩10 million — a clear signal of how seriously ONDA takes talent.

True to its startup DNA, ONDA offers flexible hours, annual travel stipends and leave, top-tier equipment for new hires, unlimited book budgets, and full support for professional development.

"ONDA is building the hospitality industry's most competitive B2B SaaS platform," said Lee Seung-jun, head of People & Culture. "We're looking for creative, ambitious people who want to drive digital transformation in Korea's accommodation sector. If that's you, we'd love to hear from you."

ONDA operates a full-stack hospitality platform — PMS, GDS, hotel management services, and SoTA Collection (a third-party hotel brand). The company is Google Hotels' first Korean partner, the first Korean company (and fourth in Asia) to become an Airbnb Premier Partner, and recently closed a ₩9.5 billion pre-Series B round to accelerate its digital transformation roadmap.
