- Total accommodation revenue grew 27% year-over-year in H1 2023 — stronger than expected given the outbound travel boom.
- Hotel and resort revenue jumped 25% and 60% respectively, driven by higher ADRs.
- Pool villas and glamping/caravan/camping — once pandemic darlings — cooled off.
- Seoul and Busan hotel revenue surged 5–6x compared to two years prior, fueled by returning business demand. Seoul hotels specifically saw nearly 8x revenue growth.
- Jeju revenue dipped 16% year-over-year as overseas travel reopened. But the rebound should be swift once Chinese group tours fully resume.
