Phoenix Pyeongchang's Sky Royal Pet Package isn't just about dog-friendly rooms—it includes pet camping and gondola access. Rooms come equipped with dog stairs, a drying area, and a full bath. You can only check in through the Blue Building, which has dedicated pet rooms.

If you want an outdoor experience you can't get anywhere else, Phoenix Pyeongchang delivers. The gondola ride feels like something you'd only do in Europe—except you can share it with your dog. Ride up to the observatory and take in the view from what locals call "Korea's Alps." Just note: dogs must be in a carrier or stroller to board. Still, it made for some epic shots with Marori.

Phoenix Pyeongchang also taps into the camping trend with a dedicated pet camping zone where you can barbecue with your dog. Advance booking required—reserve it when you book your room. You get two hours of use.

An entire building just for dogs

Alpensia Holiday Inn & Suites dedicates an entire building to pet-friendly rooms. You can choose between ondol (heated floor) or bed-style rooms—both generously sized. All the essential pet amenities come standard.

The Mont Blanc restaurant inside Alpensia offers smart-order delivery, so you can have meals brought straight to your room—no need to leave your dog behind. It's a three-minute walk if you want to dine out with your pet, but the option speaks to how much thought went into making pet owners comfortable.

Inside the resort, there's a dog park called "Puppy700," exclusive to pet room guests. Check-in staff will walk you through access—so it stays private. There's also a scenic trail called Solseom inside the resort grounds, perfect for leisurely walks with your dog.

Ramada Pyeongchang Pet Room Package

Walk your dog through a sheep ranch

Pyeongchang is famous for its sheep ranches—and Ramada Pyeongchang makes it easy to experience one with your dog. Right behind the hotel sits Sunsu Sheep Ranch, which allows pets.

It's a great outing while staying at Ramada. A full loop through the hillside ranch takes about two hours, and there's even a dedicated dog playground inside. You'll also meet sheep and alpacas—watching your dog's reaction is half the fun.

Ramada's pet rooms are designated spaces with a duplex layout—beds on the first floor. When moving from the lobby to your room, dogs must be carried or placed in a carrier or stroller.

Floors are carpeted, so if marking is a concern, bring a belly band. Basic pet supplies are provided. If you prioritize value for money, you'll be satisfied.
