Hello. We're ONDA, the digital hospitality platform transforming Korea's accommodation industry.
TrendON Diaries brings you real stories from property owners and hospitality experts using ONDA.
This month: Jeju Janjan, a Seogwipo retreat with stunning garden views.
Tell us about your property.
Hi, we're Jeju Janjan.
We're located in Bomok Village in Seogwipo.
We have three private guest rooms, each with a terrace where you can enjoy our beautiful garden view.

What made you sign up for Pension Plus?
Before Pension Plus, we only took offline bookings and managed everything with spreadsheets and a scheduler.
When we realized we needed an online booking system, we searched for something easy to use — that's how we found Pension Plus.

How's your experience been with ONDA Pension Plus?
The partner dashboard is my favorite part.
I can adjust booking settings easily and everything updates in real time.
And connecting to sales channels definitely boosted our revenue — I saw it right away.
What I also love: when there's an issue with any channel, I just contact ONDA — not each OTA separately. And the support team is fast.
If a friend ran a guesthouse, I'd recommend it without hesitation.

What's the core value you want Jeju Janjan to stand for?
I want this to be a place where guests rest — not just sightsee — and reconnect with Jeju's nature.
Room quality and operational basics are what every host should care about.
But beyond that, I want Jeju Janjan to be the place people think of when they're tired or need a break — and a place they remember long after they leave.
From the cozy interiors to the homemade breakfast,
Jeju Janjan's owner poured that intention into every corner.
That wraps up this edition of TrendON Diaries — real stories from property owners and hospitality experts.
Stay tuned for the next interview.
