In last month's issue, we covered Japanese green tea and matcha — types, brewing methods, buying tips. This time, we're sharing **green tea variation recipes** you can recreate at home (think popular café drinks), plus a few café recommendations where matcha and green tea shine.

### **Matcha & Green Tea Variation Menu**

### **1. Green Tea Mango Tea-ade**

**Ingredients**

Tea Grace Sejak Green Tea 2g, hot water 150mL, mango syrup 20g, cup of ice

**Recipe**

**1)** Steep Tea Grace Sejak Green Tea in hot water for 1 minute.

**2)** Add mango syrup and stir well while the tea brews.

**3)** Pour into an ice-filled cup. Done!

### **2. Matcha Latte**

**Ingredients**

Tea Grace Shade-Grown Matcha Latte Powder 45g, hot water 50mL, steamed milk 200mL

**Recipe**

**1)** Whisk Tea Grace Shade-Grown Matcha Latte Powder with hot water to form a smooth paste.

**2)** Pour in steamed milk. Hot matcha latte — ready!

**Ingredients**

Tea Grace Shade-Grown Matcha Latte Powder 30g, hot water 50mL, espresso shot 30mL, milk 150mL, cup of ice

**Recipe**

**1)** Whisk Tea Grace Shade-Grown Matcha Latte Powder with hot water to form a paste.

**2)** Fill a cup with ice, pour in milk, espresso shot, then **1)** on top. Done!

**Ingredients**

Tea Grace Shade-Grown Matcha 3g, hot water 30mL, lemon juice 150mL, cup of ice

**Recipe**

**1)** Whisk Tea Grace Shade-Grown Matcha with hot water.

**2)** Fill a cup with ice and add lemon juice.

**3)** Pour whisked matcha over the lemon juice. Finished!
