# How Ssota Stay Konkuk Doubled Revenue in 3 Months (feat. OaTec)

Last week I stopped by Ssota Stay Konkuk, fresh out of a renovation.

At check-in: a father and daughter from overseas, staying three weeks. Down the hall: a Japanese guest wheeling luggage out after checkout.

You could feel it — **Seoul's inbound tourism boom is real.**

This 55-room boutique hotel near Gunja Station (Line 7) and Seoul Children's Grand Park runs on a unique collaboration: **ONDA Wassong** (operations outsourcing) and **OaTec** (tech stack).

The property recently deployed OA PMS, phone-key access (no plastic cards — each guest gets a one-time door code via SMS), smart locks, and self-service kiosks that cut front-desk workload in half.

They also plugged in **ONDA HUB**, which connects the hotel to 40+ OTAs — domestic and global — through a single contract. That means seamless distribution on Booking.com (huge in the U.S. and Europe) and Trip.com (China's go-to) alongside Korean platforms. Perfect timing for the inbound surge.

**The result?** RevPAR and monthly revenue **doubled to tripled** compared to the pre-upgrade baseline.

But tech alone didn't do it. The Ssota Stay team **leaned into the shift** — using the efficiency gains to reinvest in what matters most: **hospitality.**

OA PMS automates room assignments, reservation syncing, occupancy tracking, housekeeping workflows, channel-level performance analytics, and revenue consolidation. The old PMS had some of these features, but they weren't intuitive. OA PMS made ops feel **effortless.**

With less time spent wrestling spreadsheets, the team redirected energy toward **cleanliness, service training, and guest experience.** Reviews started coming in: *"Staff were so friendly." "Kiosk check-in was super smooth."*

To be clear: this building isn't new. No major interior overhaul. No paid ad blitz. Just a **bold digital upgrade** and a back-to-basics focus on **clean rooms and warm service.**

That's why we're sharing this story.
