[Notice] Public Notice of Record Date for the Shareholder Register

To grant shareholders recorded in the shareholder register as of November 1, 2023 the right to attend the general meeting of shareholders of the Company and Bubba Gump Inc. and to exercise their voting rights, ONDA Inc. hereby designates the record date as follows pursuant to Article 354 of the Korean Commercial Act, and gives notice that changes to the entries in the shareholder register—including transfers of title, registration and cancellation of pledges, and indication and cancellation of trust property—will be suspended.
