Pursuant to the resolution of the board of directors on May 4, 2026, we hereby give public notice of the issuance of new shares as set out below.

- Class and number of new shares: 53,746 registered Series 9 redeemable convertible preferred shares

- Amount per new share: par value KRW 500, issue price KRW 93,031

- Total issue amount: KRW 5,000,044,126

- Total number of shares after issuance: 967,419 shares

- Record date for allotment of new shares: Tuesday, May 19, 2026

- Period for payment of subscription deposit: Tuesday, May 19, 2026 – Thursday, June 4, 2026

- Subscription date for new shares: Thursday, June 4, 2026

- Payment due date: Friday, June 5, 2026

- Place of payment: Industrial Bank of Korea, Teheran-ro Central Branch

- Method of subscription: New shares are allotted in proportion to the number of shares held by each shareholder as of the record date (0.0588 new shares per share held). Any forfeited shares shall be dealt with by a subsequent resolution of the board of directors.

- Note: Shareholders entitled to the allotment are determined solely by the record date, without closing the register of shareholders.
