Why are prices different by country?
Geo-Pricing applies across 6 countries (Korea/Japan/Taiwan/Thailand/Singapore/UAE) — local currency, purchasing power, and tax regime reflected. GeoIP auto-detects your country. All prices exclude VAT/GST.
How are ONDA AI credits consumed?
Credits are deducted when you use AI features — consulting queries, risk-customer lookups, competitor pricing search, event card loading, and more (1 credit = ~$0.075 equivalent). Top up anytime. Premium can enable Unlimited (Fair Use 5,000 credits/mo).
Where is ZeroCall available?
Currently Korea only (domestic PSTN/070 telephony partnerships). Starter/Pro: $22/mo add-on. Premium: Unlimited included.
What happens to existing PensionPlus/HotelPlus users?
Users registered before 2026-07-01 are automatically placed in a loyalty track — T2 (6 months) / T3 (12 months) / T4 (24 months) Pro free. Qualification is based on GMV, channel count, and tenure. Individual notice via email.
How much is the annual discount?
Standard 20% off (month × 9.6). T3/T4 users who switch to annual after their free period get an additional 7% off for the first year (27% total).
Can I change or cancel plans?
Upgrades between Pro/Premium are immediate (prorated). Premium → Pro downgrade takes effect next billing cycle. No cancellation fee. Downgrading to Starter during a loyalty free period revokes the benefit.
