Plus channels are ones where ONDA has negotiated directly with the provider (Yeogi Eottae, Naver, Agoda, and more) to secure preferred rates and placement — just sign up and the preferred pricing applies instantly. Legacy channels are global OTAs like Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Airbnb, and Trip.com: ONDA doesn't negotiate separately, so you connect on each provider's standard terms. If a large share of your guests are international, running Legacy channels on top is a smart move — and that takes Pro Host or above. Custom channels are extra channels — beyond Plus and Legacy — that ONDA integrates at your specific request. Think a particular regional-government channel, a B2E marketing channel, or your own branded site. Available from Pro Host up; Enterprise goes further, with custom API/MCP integration into your own PMS, CRS, and ERP. We'll walk through the details during your consultation.

Anyone who signed up before the ONDA Plus first announcement is automatically placed on a loyalty track — Pro waived for T2 (6 months) / T3 (12 months) / T4 (24 months). Eligibility is based on GMV, channel count, and tenure; the exact cutoff date will be shared once first-announcement timing is confirmed (individual notice by email). Anyone who signs up after the first announcement can pre-register as an Early Bird for free access until launch, plus 50% off for 6 months after launch.

A standard 20% off (monthly × 9.6). T3/T4 users who move to annual billing after their waiver ends get an extra 7% for the first year — 27% off in total.

Upgrades between Pro and Expert are instant (prorated). An Expert → Pro downgrade takes effect from the next billing cycle. Downgrading to Basic requires meeting the channel and payment conditions. No cancellation fee, ever.

Enterprise is for properties with 150+ rooms, or anyone running multiple properties at once — hotel chains, franchises, pool-villa complexes, and the like. You get everything in Expert, plus unified multi-property operations, custom channel integration (priority API/MCP), and a reinforced dedicated AM with SLA. Pricing is quoted to your room count, connected channels, and SLA level.
