Why are prices different by country?
Geo-Pricing applies across 6 countries (Korea/Japan/Taiwan/Thailand/Singapore/UAE) — local currency, purchasing power, and tax regime reflected. GeoIP auto-detects your country. All prices exclude VAT/GST.
Is Basic really free?
Yes — Basic has no monthly fee. Activation requires: (1) integrating all 3 region-specific Plus channels (Agoda · Booking.com · Airbnb in global markets; Yeogi Eottae · Naver · Agoda in Korea), (2) Booking Engine with direct payment enabled, and (3) Google Hotels and Google Vacation Rental Official Site integration. We offer Basic free under these conditions so that hosts struggling to run many online channels with limited staff can experience the next-gen channel manager ONDA Plus without upfront cost.
When can I start using Pro·Expert?
The core Pro·Expert features (AI OTA Auto-Reply, Legacy channels, etc.) launch in the second half of 2026. Right now we're publishing pricing and accepting Early Bird pre-registrations. Basic Host is available to use today.
When does billing start if I pre-register?
Billing begins only after the official launch. It's free from pre-registration until launch, and we'll notify you before billing starts. Early Bird members also get 50% off for the first 6 months after launch.
What are the Early Bird benefits?
Early Bird members who pre-register before launch get: (1) free until official launch, and (2) 50% off for the first 6 months after launch. Standard pricing applies after the 6-month period.
How are Plus channels different from Legacy channels?
Plus channels are partners (Yeogi Eottae · Naver · Agoda, etc.) where ONDA has directly negotiated preferred rates and placement. Activation is instant once you sign up. Legacy channels are global OTAs like Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Airbnb, and Trip.com that follow each partner's standard pricing and policy. If your guests are largely international, running Legacy channels alongside Plus is highly recommended — and that requires Pro Host or above. What are Custom channels?
Custom channels are additional channels — beyond Plus and Legacy — that ONDA integrates at a host's specific request. Examples include certain regional government channels, B2E marketing channels, or a host's own branded site. Supported from Pro Host and above; Enterprise extends to custom API/MCP integration with your own PMS · CRS · ERP. We'll discuss details during consultation.
Which plan is right for me?
It depends on how you operate — (1) If the 3 Plus channels are enough → Basic Host (free, available when all 3 conditions are met). (2) If you're experienced with a 1st-gen channel manager, run global OTAs, and want a cost-effective option → Pro Host (most recommended). (3) If you want deep management from a dedicated AM + advanced features like scraping, MCP, and AI revenue management → Expert Host. (4) For 70+ rooms, chain / multi-property operations, or custom API/MCP integration with own PMS → Enterprise (custom quote). What happens to existing PensionPlus/HotelPlus users?
Users who register before the ONDA Plus 1st announcement are automatically placed in a loyalty track — T2 (6 months) / T3 (12 months) / T4 (24 months) Pro free. Qualification is based on GMV, channel count, and tenure. Exact cutoff date will be announced once the 1st announcement timing is confirmed (individual notice via email). New signups after the 1st announcement can pre-register as Early Bird members for free until launch, plus 50% off for 6 months after launch.
How much is the annual discount?
Standard 20% off (month × 9.6). T3/T4 users who switch to annual after their free period get an additional 7% off for the first year (27% total).
Can I change or cancel plans?
Upgrades between Pro/Expert are immediate (prorated). Expert → Pro downgrade takes effect next billing cycle. Downgrading to Basic requires meeting the channel/payment conditions. No cancellation fee.
When does Enterprise apply?
Enterprise is for properties with 70+ rooms or operating multiple properties simultaneously (hotel chains, franchises, villa clusters). It includes everything in Expert plus multi-property unified operations, custom channel integration (API/MCP priority), and enhanced AM with SLA. Pricing is quoted based on room count, channel integration scope, and SLA level.
