This site is a B2B marketing and inquiry channel; processing of guest reservations, channel operations, and product data handled by our operational systems is governed by the master ONDA Privacy Policy linked below.

- Chatbot interactions (when enabled) — messages you send to our AI assistant and, if you choose to share them, your contact details for follow-up.
- Analytics data — anonymized usage events, page views, and referrer information collected through Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Server logs — IP address, browser user-agent, and timestamps, retained for security and abuse prevention.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected above strictly for the following purposes:

- Following up on demo requests, partnership opportunities, and sales conversations.

- Supabase, Inc. — secure storage of contact form submissions and chatbot conversations (planned).
- Anthropic, PBC — chatbot inference (planned; messages are processed in transit, not used for model training).
- Slack Technologies, Inc. — internal sales-team notifications for new inquiries.
- Stibee (planned) — newsletter delivery if you explicitly subscribe (double opt-in, PIPA compliant).
4. International Data Transfers
ONDA is headquartered in the Republic of Korea. Information collected through this site may be transferred to and processed in Korea and in the United States (where some of our service providers operate). We rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards where required by applicable law.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above:
- Contact form submissions: up to 3 years from the date of submission, or until you request deletion.
- Chatbot conversations: up to 12 months from the last interaction.
- Server logs: up to 90 days.
- Analytics events: aggregated and retained per Google Analytics default settings (14 months).
