Information Security Declaration

We deeply understand the importance of information, and we commit to doing our utmost to protect and securely manage the information of our customers, partners, employees, and the organisation as a whole. Every executive and employee of ONDA must do their utmost to put safeguards in place that protect critical information assets from the many information security threats that exist, including threats to the safe protection of personal information, hacking from inside and outside, and information leakage.

Accordingly, we hereby establish and proclaim an information security policy that satisfies the following.

  1. We thoroughly protect our customers' personal information and corporate information, and strictly comply with the laws and regulations relating to personal information protection.

  2. We provide all employees with education on the importance and methods of information security, and work to raise the level of security across the organisation by making use of our information security organisation.

  3. We continuously assess risks related to information security and establish and implement appropriate countermeasures against them. We restrict access rights to systems and data, and conduct security audits to protect against potential threats.

  4. We continuously explore new security technologies and solutions, and prepare for security threats that may arise over time. Through technological innovation, we strengthen safety and minimise the possibility of information leakage.

  5. We not only comply with all information security laws and regulations, but also commit to strictly enforcing our internal rules so that security is maintained within the organisation as well.

This declaration expresses our will and commitment to information security, and we will continue to make ongoing efforts to put it into practice.
