ONDA partners with Josun Hotels & Resorts for Booking Engine and Central Reservation System

(Seoul, South Korea - January 31. 2024) ONDA, a South Korean hospitality technology startup, has formed a significant partnership to provide its booking management solutions to a premier hospitality company in South Korea.


ONDA announced it has entered into a technology agreement with Josun Hotels & Resorts to develop the Central Reservation System (CRS) and Booking Engine.


Under this agreement, ONDA will provide Josun Hotels & Resorts tailored operational solutions to automate and streamline reservation management. This system is set to be sequentially adopted across the hotel chain in the latter half of this year.


The Central Reservation System supports an integrated view of room availability and reservations by centralizing data stored independently at multiple hotel properties.


By leveraging ONDA’s CRS, Josun Hotels & Resorts will be able to oversee room inventory, rates, and membership data in a unified system. ONDA will integrate with Josun Hotels & Resorts’ existing operational ecosystem to streamline the processing for hoteliers and empower booking management through data-driven decisions.


Further, ONDA will provide its Booking Engine solution to Josun Hotels & Resorts. It’s also integrated with the CRS to allow guests to check real-time room availability and rates, and apply various membership benefits directly from the hotel’s website.


This initiative underscores Josun Hotels & Resorts' objective to elevate operational efficiency, enhance the booking experience and guest service.


ONDA has been strengthening its position as a global hospitality technology company by supplying its solutions to premium hotels both domestically and internationally since 2022. This project will further strengthen its expertise in the digital transformation of premium hotels.
